Are you curious about yoga? Have you been tempted to give it a go, but never got around to it? Or perhaps you have done yoga in the past, but your mat is dusty and your practice is rusty?

Join Samadhi for this 6 week course, and learn the wonderful practice of yoga from the ground up with an experienced teacher.

On this 6 week course you will learn the alignment principles, correct breathing, and an introduction to the philosophy of yoga. This is a course for beginners or anyone who has taken a break from yoga. Week on week, the foundation work will be sequentially introduced to give a clear understanding of the particulars of yoga practice, and to maximise healthy yoga development. Over the 6 week course students should expect to improve in mobility, strength and flexibility and bodily intelligence. Under Greg’s guidance, each student will progress at their own pace.

This course is a hybrid course, with availability both in Samadhi and at home via zoom. You are choosing to book the course in person in our Samadhi HQ in Temple Bar. There is also the option to attend it from home via Zoom link. If you find yourself feeling unwell or unable to make it into Samadhi in Temple Bar, pop us an email and we will send you the Zoom link.

In-studio bookings will be limited to 6 for this course.

Greg Walsh

Greg has been teaching yoga since 1999, and is still passionate about the practice and subject, over 20 years later.  He has a particular interest in the anatomy & physiology of yoga, and how it can guide yoga practice. Greg is owner and director of Samadhi Yoga Studios. When he is not teaching yoga, he is usually traveling abroad to teach yoga!
