Cancellation Policy
Classes can be canceled up to 6 hours before the class starts.
Events can be canceled up to 48 hours before the start time. When you cancel you get a class or event credit, not a refund. As we have different class and event prices you get a credit for the class or event you booked.
When canceling a class booked with a mini-membership or class pass, the credit is applied back to your membership or pass.
Membership & Class Pass Activation
Memberships and class passes are activated when first used.
Memberships and class passes are valid for consecutive days, and cannot be refunded, extended, shared, or transferred.
