12 hours of yoga over 3 days. 3 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the late afternoon. There is lots of time after brunch to walk, read, chat, swim or go back to bed. This is You-Time, remember!
This year we are taking fewer yogis, to allow for social distancing. All rooms are single occupancy and ensuite. There will be no physical adjusting in classes.
Be sure to bring:
- Comfortable walking boots
- Wind/waterproof clothes
- Yoga mat
- All yoga equipment, blocks, bricks & belt
